Soil Health Card
The Soil Health Card Scheme is a flagship program promoted by the Department of Agriculture & Co-operation under the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmer’s welfare. It is being implemented through the Department of Agriculture of all the States and Union Territory Governments to promote sustainable agricultural practices and enhance productivity by improving soil health.
This scheme provides farmers with a detailed analysis of their soil’s nutrient status, enabling them to make informed decisions about the type and quantity of fertilizers and amendments to use.
